Privacy Policy

• Email and account details (for sign-in)
• Expense records you enter (amount, date, category, note)
• Voice and expense document images (receipt, order, or statement) — only when you use those features; expense details are extracted, raw files are not stored
• Subscription status and purchase history — only if you buy Expensiv Pro

We do not collect location. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not see or store your card / payment details; payment happens entirely through Google Play.

If you deny permissions, manual and text entry still work.

• Google Gemini — AI text, voice, and document processing (only when you use those features)
• Google Play Billing — Expensiv Pro purchase and billing
• RevenueCat — subscription verification and cross-device restore (only if you buy Pro)

When you use voice entry or document reading, the related audio or image is sent to Google Gemini to extract expense details. We do not store raw audio or images on our servers; what remains is the extracted expense record. For subscription verification we send RevenueCat only your account id and purchase status — not expense data. We do not sell your data.

Account and expense records are kept while your account is open. Raw voice and expense document images are not stored. You can delete via Settings → Account → Delete account; deletion is deferred 30 days — signing in again during that window cancels it. Steps and data types: account deletion page. You can export transaction history as CSV.
