• Email and account details (for sign-in)
• Expense records you enter (amount, date, category, note)
• Shared expenses with your partner
• Voice recording and expense document images (receipt, order, or statement) — only when you use those features
• Subscription status and purchase history — only if you buy Expensiv Pro

We do not collect location. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not see or store your card / payment details; payment happens entirely through Google Play.

• To extract information from text, voice, and documents (Google Gemini)
• To show shared expenses in partner mode
• To present uncertain AI results for your approval
• To provide support and keep the service secure

• Microphone — voice expense entry
• Camera — expense document photo
• Gallery — picking a receipt / order / statement image

If you deny permissions, manual and text entry still work.

• Supabase — auth and database
• Google Cloud — backend API
• Google Gemini — AI text/voice/document processing (when you use the feature)
• Google Play Billing — Expensiv Pro purchase and billing
• RevenueCat — subscription verification and cross-device restore (only if you buy Pro)

Voice and document data are sent to Google Gemini only for AI parsing. For subscription verification we send RevenueCat only your account id and purchase status — not expense data. We do not sell your data.

Data is kept while your account is open. You can delete via Settings → Account → Delete account; deletion is deferred 30 days — signing in again during that window cancels it. Steps and data types: account deletion page. You can export transaction history as CSV.
